DEFORMATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND SPEECH CHANGES IN PARTICIPANTS OF SPECIAL MILITARY OPERATIONS AS A RESULT OF COMBAT PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA

Abstract. The article presents a comprehensive study of the phenomenon of consciousness deformation and speech changes in demobilized participants of the Special Military Operation as a specific manifestation of combat-related psychological trauma. The study examines cognitive-semantic and psycholinguistic aspects of disorders accompanying post-traumatic stress reactions. Based on the analysis of speech patterns, characteristic markers of consciousness deformation are described, reflecting the disorganization of the individual’s meaning and emotional regulation system. An empirical study was conducted on a sample of 30 demobilized servicemen using clinical interviews and psycholinguistic analysis. The high efficacy of emotionally focused imagery therapy is demonstrated in comparison with cognitive-behavioral and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) methods. Special attention is paid to the diagnostic potential of speech analysis for assessing the depth of cognitive deformations. The necessity of developing interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs incorporating psycholinguistic approaches is substantiated.
