PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION OF APPLICANTS AND WORKING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Abstract. The object of analysis in this article is the process of organizing communication between people with disabilities and their employers and employees of employment services, as well as the process of organizing joint activities. The analysis revealed the existence of difficulties in communication and joint activities, which arise due to the stereotypical attitudes of the subjects of professional communication. These are, first of all, two theses: first, the employment of people with disabilities in production activities is an inevitable burden on the state economy, and second, that people with disabilities are low-wage workers. The article presents the results of a study of the organizational and psychological factors that cause psychological problems in the communication of HR specialists with disabled employees. It also presents the results of a study of the personal characteristics of disabled people that hinder constructive communication during employment.
