GOSSIP AS A METHOD OF SPEECH INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYEES OF AN ORGANIZATION: RESULTS OF THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL STUDY

Abstract. The purpose of the article is experimental research of the socio-psychological phenomenon of “gossip” as a method of speech influence in the management of employees of the organization. In results the typology of gossip was determined; the status of gossip as a tool of speech influence in the process of mobbing was revealed.
