PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION: A SPEECH MODEL FOR APOLOGY

Abstract. This article analyzes the variants of communication models used to overcome a conflict situation. Professional communication is considered in line with the theory of speech activity by A.A. Leontiev and E.F. Tarasov. The research methodology is based on the works of A.I. Novikov and reveals the peculiarities of perception of different variants of speech messages containing apologies and aimed at conflict resolution. The article provides recommendations on how these studies can be taken into account when developing speech standards for professional communication.
