The past year has been significant for the editorial team. This includes the publication of the first issue of the online scientific journal "Organizational Psycholinguistics," the launch of the online publication "Organizational Psycholinguistics," and the holding of the 1st International Scientific and Practical Conference "Organizational Psycholinguistics. Theory and Practice." We achieved these results thanks to the concerted efforts of the entire editorial team. I am confident that in the coming year, we will present many more interesting things to our readers on the pages of this publication.
