ACTS OF VERBAL AGGRESSION IN PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

The article presents a typology of verbal aggression acts in professional communication. Distinction is made between verbal conflict acts and verbal conflict-free acts (or verbal constructive acts) of professional communication, which, in turn, are divided into corresponding subacts.
