REVIEW OF RESEARCH ON THE CONCEPT OF “WISE HUMANITY OF AN ORGANIZATION” IN THE CONTEXT OF A COGNITIVE APPROACH
Annotation. Relevance. Further development of models of reflexive management of organizations. The goal is to show the potential of the concept of wise humanity of the organization (WHO) to overcome the traps of reflexive management in the context of the cognitive approach. Results: the concept of MChO was substantiated, including a model, diagnostic tools, and possible areas of application. The analysis of theories of humanity, intergroup adaptation in an organization, its reflexive management, including various concepts of knowledge management, wisdom/stupidity paradigms was carried out. The method of cognitive review of the author’s research was used. The concept of AKTEL (active element) is introduced as a cognitive tool for escaping the traps of reflexive management of an organization. Using a sample of 216 people as an example. 6 organizations in various spheres, the contribution of MChO actels was revealed, which is determined qualitatively by the transfer and transformation of the movement of the organization, quantitatively – by the elements of MChO actels: the number of degrees of freedom, trajectory and speed. The emphasis is placed on the dominant actel of the MChO, which is dependent on the socio-cognitive types of management situations of D. Snowden’s Cynefin platform. Main conclusions. Knowledge of the dominant actel of the MChO helps to predict the emergence of a management situation on D. Snowden’s Cynefin platform and substantiate recommendations for managing the organization’s personnel. Practical outcome: the results of the study can be used as a tool for diagnosing an organization to optimize the management of its personnel.
